Terrible, i get the simplest hair cut and they screw it up , i want my money back or fix it

The first time I went to Sports Clips I had my hair cut by Pepper. She was friendly and did a great job cutting my hair. I would recommend her. She also seemed to be very knowledgeable about your products.

Exactly as happened at another sports clips, coincidentally on woodmen rd, when I signed in I was next and after a short while, a new name appeared in front of mine. I figured they estimated 26 minutes, so as long as that still held, no big deal. So after waiting 40 minutes... I decided that I had to give up and go grab my kids from the babysitter.
